With over 180 companies headquartered in Baldwin County and 150 manufacturers that employ over 7,000 persons, Baldwin County enjoys a diverse economy.  Nationally recognized firms such as Goodrich, Solutia, Quincy Compressor, and Ace Hardware Retail Support Center call Baldwin County home.

Recently, Forbes Magazine rated the area one of the top 50 places to start and grow a business.
